Thank you for purchasing our product. We appreciate your business! At this time we cannot offer a refund for 'AnyMP4'. It is a downloaded software and hence cannot be physically returned. We do however offer lifetime support and upgrades! We are continually striving to improve and upgrade our program and these updates will be free to you for 'AnyMP4' as long as you continue to use it. We thank you!

We do not offer refunds on software when the unlock code has already been sent to the customer. We go to great lengths to produce a trial version with which customers can ensure their satisfaction and system compatibility. This allows them to make an informed purchasing decision. Once that purchase has been made, we do not offer a cash refund or an exchange. We feel this policy is consistent with the major software retailers nationwide.
